Search Terms
When a name, county, state, or other lookup detail is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Sutter County Inmate Population does not keep its own permanent log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review and respond. It is not shared outside the site operation unless disclosure is required by law, court order, subpoena, or another valid legal process.
